Terms & reporting

StorageWinner is a platform that connects providers and seekers of storage space. We are not a party to any agreement between renter and provider. This page explains what is allowed, and how to report issues.

What is not allowed

• Offering illegal storage or illegal services.
• Misleading information, false prices or fake listings.
• Fraud, scams or improper requests for upfront payment.
• Infringing third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy).

Our role

We may pause or remove a listing that breaks these rules or the law, on our own initiative or based on a report. We inform the provider of the reason.

Report something (DSA)

Under the Digital Services Act you can report potentially illegal content or services. Every listing has a "Report this listing" button at the bottom. We review every report carefully and inform the reporter of the outcome.
